The Accenture Mindful Performance Programme aims to help you by providing techniques and strategies to enhance focus, prioritisation, performance and resilience in a busy work life. Additionally, this programme helps decrease distractedness, stress and emotional exhaustion that can lead to conflicts

Designed as a blended learning experience, the 10-week programme consists of five 90-minute virtual sessions, with short pre-and post-session activities. Each session includes mind training, mental strategies (neuroscience) and work themes. This will be complemented by the Mindfulness App that provides short exercises to improve mindfulness, and Circles to foster collaboration during and after the programme.
